This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from Solis Peptides. Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity and safety cannot be verified once they leave our control, specific conditions apply.

1. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact sales@solispeptides.eu within [7] days of delivery, quoting your order number and the batch number, with photographs where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or refund of the affected item.

2. Items that cannot be returned

• Products where the vial or seal has been opened, used or tampered with, for safety and integrity reasons.
• Custom-synthesised or bulk-to-order items.
• Products not stored in accordance with the handling guidance provided.

3. Consumer right of withdrawal

Where you contract with us as a consumer, EU and Czech law may grant a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods that may deteriorate rapidly. 4. How to request a return
