This Shipping Policy sets out how Solis Peptides dispatches and delivers orders.

1. Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are typically dispatched within [1–2] business days. Intra-EU delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on destination and carrier.

2. Destinations

We ship within the EU/EEA single market. Products are shipped as research chemicals with research-use-only labelling and accompanying documentation (Certificate of Analysis and Safety Data Sheet where applicable). Intra-EU shipments are not subject to customs clearance or import duties between member states.

3. Orders outside the EU

Where we agree to ship outside the EU, you are the importer of record and are responsible for confirming that import and use are lawful in the destination country and for any duties, taxes or clearance. [Confirm which non-EU destinations, if any, you will serve].

4. Storage on receipt

Products are supplied as lyophilised powder and should be stored cool, dry and out of direct light in line with the guidance provided.

5. Risk and title

Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment is received in full.

6. Failed or undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, we may charge re-delivery costs.
